    Hard to believe they are taking people way down to Waco to test. That a good 90 miles each way.

    There are no more spots in Dallas or Ft worth for testing. The next date to test is december 7th in Dallas and January 2016 for ft worth. Texas changed it so that one dmv in the city handles all commercial drive tests. So that 'one' terminal with 8 spots a day gets filled quick do to KLLM, SWIFT, and STEVENS plus people from schools all testing each week.

    Wow, pump down test and a road test when I went through there... Hotel for an address, piece of cake.

    Probably better to do it the way they are now. I had an advantage of having driven in the past, so I wasn't overly worried about the tests, bit some barely skimmed by when there was nothing to it. That's kind of scary.

    They seem to be getting stricter on who can get a CDL in texas.
