I'm going to be arriving Sunday also. I already received my CDL so I just have 8 days of orientation then I'm out on the road. I'm really looking forward to it and I'll keep everyone posted.

I did just see a better one the tractor and trailer were both marroon. The other ones I saw were white t&t this one looked nice ,maybe they are all like that I dont know I just started lookin since the other day I read your post. The white ones could of been more local guys so they didnt need the bigger sleeper.

They have some t600 and t 2000. I got a call from my cousin and he told me Rich Transportation is looking for a driver and to call the boss. After thinking it over and talking to some people its better to stay put. Epr is more physical work but with the way the economy is going I'll always have work. More & more people are recycling, as times get harder people drink more and hustle to get by and in MA its the lawn for stores to have redemption areas. WIN WIN for me. Plus you cant keep jumping around. If a job pops up in RI or tankers then I'd might move. Thanks

    Mikel,
My husband is going to trucking school soon and I am trying to get things in order so was reading your post and was wondering what type of coffee maker do you use or do you just make enough when you are sitting and putting it in a thermos. i know to you this might sound like strange question but this is all new to us. Also sandwiches are you using a small sandwich maker or just cold sandwiches. If any one has any other tips for meals on the road to save money that would be great.
    Thanks.

No stupid ???'s here we are all learning.I have a two cup coffee maker it has two travel mugs with it and the coffee brews right in the cup you have a choice to brew 1 cup or 2 it is called cafe valencia ya fancy right . It works good but you will need a 1500watt inverter to run anything with a heating element. Umm sandwiches cold just get lunch meats when you can at walmart or other stores. I have 2 black & decker coolers that run on the cig lighters I got them at walmart it works good it will freeze stuff also and heat . i have two just for convience 1 on the pass seat and one in the back the front has bevs and the one in back has food.I didnt want one of those big coolers taking up to much room plus they dont keep as cold. but to each is own . But some trucks come with fridges in them .hope this helps good luck .Is he going to conway ?
