I think they have 3rd party monitors that look for things like that and report to Swift.

There is truth to this. I cussed several of them for staying up together. When I went and picked up their loads for them while they were sitting around doing nothing at the kc drop yard.

I take off I see them up....
I come back... Oh there they are up.

    ...don't do that.

I'll cuss you out and make your woman cry. XD. True story.

If you have one year clean you can become a finisher at Conway.
I may have the exact file... Hold on I shall see.

Again this was Conway this all could have changed.

That's basically exactly what i did, after 2 years at the company I approached the owner about training my (now) wife to drive and hiring on as a team. There is no requirement for school here, she had to write the air brakes exam and do the adjustment on her own at the dmv and her class 5 along with air brakes served as a "learners" permit for trucking.

After a few months she used the company truck and trailer to do the pretrip and road test and we hit the road later that day.

I have 3 old timers who all learned by climbing in the cab with a driver and going down the road for a few months. It worked for them, it worked for me; I wish those who scream that it should take years to get CDL and tens of thousands of dollars would stop and consider that.

To me, that's one of the easiest. If it's a part, it can't be broken, not working, loose, or leaking... The biggest challenge to that is remembering the name of the parts if you have no mechanical knowledge, but that can be solved with about 5 minutes of studying.

Henderson trucking out of Caseyville, IL. They would let you come work for them and then train your team partner.
