The first time you pull in to a consignees yard to unload, the trainer will tell you how to approach and the door to back into etc etc. But when you pull in and the trainer says nothing, meaning he's leaving it up to you to make the decision as to how to do it, you have moved up a rung in the ladder. Ask the trainer if you can do everything necessary as to decision making and see if you do it right. Better that way instead of him just making all the decisions while you are just tagging along.
