Little confused about the no cdl thing. I thought Mills had a school where you got your cdl then went on the road?

You go thru their driving school, withwith a permit. Then your trainer gets you ready for the cdl test. Once you get your license, then you have to test out at a Millis facility. Hope this helps.

Wow. That don't sound very good. Shouldn't the trainers at the school get you ready?

2000miles/3weeks/7days a week = 95 miles a day on the average = sore leg for Lunchbox = bad career choice for Lunchbox.
No simple math is still right. No need to hate.

Again....not driving everyday. Therefore your point of 95 miles a DAY is absolutely absurd. Sorry you don't work for a living I guess and don't know what it's like to walk more than from a truck to a country pride buffet....so you don't seem to comprehend what's actually going on...remove yourself from my thread if you insist on being negative

Your the one who is living in a truck stop and chose the name Lunchbox????

The problem you have with me is I do.

You came here with a grab bag of complaints. I surmised given the quality of the complaints that this OTR trucking isn't for you, if trucking at all.

It turns out you been sitting in a truck stop for 6 days looking for your a--hole, when you should have been managing your business with your trainer and company. Instead of coming hear crying about your poor leg and "Nerd" trainer. You should have been on the phone with your company 6 days ago and find out what is happening with that CDL you don't have yet.

Get out of that truck and away from that trainer. All 3 parties have played a part in this debacle and you have the chance to solve it.

    1. You did not speak up for yourself (Hope you learned that hard lesson and retain it)
    2. The trainer was a douche nozzle for not putting you up for the time (Most trainers are not like this)
    3. The dispatcher did not know where you were (sounds like a #### training program)

Get out of that truck, do not pass go, do not give him a second chance. You almost sounded like an abused spouse giving their "SO" a pass because of love or something. If they cannot get you a new trainer asap then resign and move onto another company. I had 3 trainers when I went through training. Only 1 was for being a BS trainer. I got out of his truck, hitched a 150 mile ride home on a bus and got a new trainer 2 days later at the door.

Well, you have it pretty dang good and you don't realize it. Go to the Report a bad company forum and look for and read the " Werner Trainer Craps himself " thread, You could have him for your trainer.

    Lunchbox379 and rachi Thank this.
