Training Pay timeline.

One I get my own truck what mileage can I expect I mean

 

From what I have read on here about 2200 a week and growing from there as you prove yourself.. Be late on pickups/deliveries and it may not go up much.

 

it also depends on the time of year. Two months ago, we couldn't find enough freight. Now we can't find enough trucks.
It's a feast or famine business.

 

U no what the rate off ppl passing there cdl is? And if I pass one section n fail other two do I have to take all three again?

 

Every class loses about half it's students before graduation. From those who successfully finish, only @ 1% will stay with Stevens for 1 years.

The washout rate from CDL school is much the same reason as washout from driving.
It's not a fit. The people find out what truck driving is all about and decide it's not for them...or, they can't pass the drug test.
As for being gone in a years time, that's usually due again to the industry. Being out 5-6 weeks at a time is a lot harder than many people think. That's OTR.
In that first year, they gain enough experience to move on to a better paying company as well as better hometime.
Stevens is a training company. Very few persons find a career there. They are not career oriented, they are training oriented.
