There 2 types of on duty: 1) On Duty - Driving and 2) On-Duty - Not Driving. #1 is obvious, you are driving the truck. #2 includes pre & post trip, fuel stops, and etc. Basically, any sort of work that doesn't involve driving. Off-Duty simply means you're not in your truck, period.
