Just wondering once you are out with a trainer is the training run as a team or no? I am looking for a company that DOES NOT DO team training.

Most of them want you to have 200 hrs behind the wheel time before they turn you loose. Kinda difficult to do without team driving.

the first week or two you'll probably be driving solo and trainer observes.once he feels comfortable youll be running as a team.

My experience with Knight (last year) was that the trainer is awake when the trainee is driving, no team driving during training.

That's the way it should be with every company and make it law.then I bet there would be a huge difference with the safety on our roads.but that's too simple,Fmcsa would rather keep making more laws that has proven are worthless

From what I understand is that the trainer is in,the jumpseat at all times unless they're driving..

You can solo a plane in 15-20hrs, if you need more than that to drive a truck, you're in over your head. 200hrs lolololololl
