I just read that. No wonder I haven't seen any SRT trucks.

Until op answers @Allow Me. And we know why his experience is so unbearable, can't offer any sympathy except to say I would hate to have to team that long for sure.

I don’t see nothing wrong with that training standard..i think more should do it..look around and the mess everywhere…frankly if someone is not ready after 50k mi, then they’re not cut out for trucking

Remember the old saying the grass is always greener on the other side. This is a true statement but it should be amended a bit to say: the grass is always greener on the other side until you get to the other side.

Entry level jobs by definition are designed to suck. Did the company flat out lie to you and is not doing what they said they would?. if so look elsewhere but if the company is doing what they said they would and now you find the work too hard, that is too bad. Suck it up and get it done.

While there are jobs that are available to you, it might be a case of jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.

A year or so ago, switching jobs probably would not have been a bad move. Things are a little different now. The trucking market is a bit soft, which means that many companies are being more selective in their hiring. Especially the ones that are actually good to work for. With your limited experience, if you have too many jobs in your history, you might become a bit undesirable to future employers.

In your shoes, I would probably stick out your training with Prime and try to ride it out for at least a year. At that point, you will find that a bunch of doors will be open to you. Until then, especially if you start job hopping, your options for good jobs will be limited.

As it turns out, you're exactly where a lot of new drivers would like to be (out with a job--and with a trainer).

They'd love to be where you are -- but no one will hire them.

Prime's training is normally viewed as some of the best in the business.

Stay put -- hang in there -- ride it out -- see it through.

Later on, you'll look back -- and be glad you did....

Been where you are, done that....

Well......if you don't know how to back, you may need those extra miles with a teammate or trainer. Driving down the highway is easy. Careers are made with great backing abilities. With virtually no experience, it'll be tough to make big money right out the gate. Try to stick it out longer, and make it a year there. You'll have so many more opportunities than if you jump ship now.

You and @bryan21384 should move to Las Vegas. The three of us could start our own "Rat Pack" and hang out on the Las Vegas Strip.

Who Was In The Rat Pack? The History of …
Known for chasing women, drinking booze, and taking pleasure in the nightlife and gambling scene that Las Vegas had to offer, the Rat Pack was a supergroup of entertainment and comedy who often appeared together in concerts, on TV or in movies. They sang, they told jokes, they did comedy sketches -- most of all, they had a blast.
