Thanks! It is a combined effort of all of the regulars on here. We have all tried to help the new drivers as much as we can and be as honest as we can about the company ....good and bad. Probably the best advice I can give you is to have realistic expectations. We had one student driver that thought he should be getting 4,000 miles a week! You will run legal with TransAm, you will get good OTR experience and reefer experience .....you will not get rich financially but you will gain valuable experience that will pay if and when you decide to move on to a company that only hires experienced drivers....and many companies want a background with reefer experience.

This is a good bunch of driving families here and we will help you all that we can.....so any questions feel free to ask. One of us is usually here to help.

Thanks for the concern. It's all good though. I have a real green trainee, my nights and days seem to be running into each other.

According to my map pins I don't think any of you are on the I 90 or I 94 corridor but just in case .....the King was in Michigan yesterday and he said that law enforcement was out in full force plus some. They are taking this 15 state blitz very seriously. Also, many states are raising the fines .....most of them will be double.

Your in trouble now chismi cause now the Queen will want updates for where to put your pin in the map.

Does anyone know anything about Publix in Lakeland, Fl? Like can I deliver early? Saw Honeybadger on here earlier but she probably went to sleep.

    Be safe out there

HometimeQueen, dennisroc and chismi56 Thank this.

And yes HTQ there is a massive effort by 14 states along I-90 and I believe I-94 for safety. Which we all know means more inspections. I listened to an interview from yesterday from an Ohio state trooper saying they were going to be on everyone about safety this weekend and that the 14 state goal is 0 deaths from auto accidents and trying for less than 300 auto accidents for all 14 along those interstates. I forgot to share that news before but I remember better after a quick nap

I'm glad you remembered, Pete. I was searching for something about it .....I had everything except for Publix in Lakeland. ....I didn't forget you jaso!

Nope, mom couldn't even find a girl from the mountains that would put up with him.....of course, if he wasn't so picky it might help!

Wisconsin is on the list of states doing this blitz......but I figured you were on hometime.

    jaso36 Thanks this.
