George, I know you are on hometime enjoying the mountains with Karen, enjoy, you earned it. I happened to point out to Brandon all the stops we made while I was training you so you could deuce one out. It made for a good conversation.

Load is going to Ardmore, OK but I am T-calling in Rockwall, TX. Will take a different load up to Oklahoma City, then deadhead to Dodge City to pick up a load going to New Jersey (at least that is my preplan).

I wake up for a few minutes and you guys are posting fast and furious. I told you Cranky was the Duck, he gets them all riled up.

I will post pick up and delivery spots so you can see where we run but 70,80 are big running lanes.

 

I hate that they are so insistent on that 01 form it clearly reads that you send in that form if you can safely and legally pick up and deliver on time and if not send in form 99 but when I send in form 99 explaining I cant deliver on time they still want that 01 form. Now some of you may think this is a stupid question but do you think that is their way of blaming a late load on driver? If I cant deliver load on time clearly state that and send in 01 form at their request anyway wouldnt that put the blame on me for load being late? That way they in the office do not take the blame for late load. Just wondering

 

^^^ It's called creating a diversion! They have always been that way, jaso.....I don't know what the point of it is....

 

Ran to the library for a little while and when I got back my computer screen was all lit up with reports of weigh stations, DOT and portables.
