^Yeah, I did that before, sometimes worked, but I did have one night dispatcher reject my e-mail photo ... that is why I started using this fax system. Hard for them to argue when you do exactly what they ask you to do, to fax the BOL just as they ask.

That CamScan program will also let you send the output direct to an email address. The nice thing about it, it optimizes a photo of a document, makes the text come out more readable.

 

I use my Ipad to send forms when I need to. It takes a nice readable pic and then just email it. If I use the Iphone it seems like I have trouble focusing to get a clear pic.

gurrr.... broke down on the street just outside of a receiver. Fuel is dripping out from the line off the fuel filter, or from the seal around the fuel filter itself and caring down the line. Gushing out when the engine is started, fuel filter feels tight, so I have to wait for mobile road assist to come out.

 

My problem was that the other driver faxed already plus was on a tight schedule. If I can run straight to receiver I will just do that and let them sweat it. Everything went well here so I will have no problems. I will use that camscanner as I am not as good with e-mail from phone. I can't even get on here with phone, do this through my laptop and wifi thing from verizon.

 

Alright, which one of you guys drove HTQ off? She hasn't been on for a couple of days, not even to answer your question about the guy in Detroit, Dennis! Hmmm......?????

I hate picking up at Kohler because they never have the right pickup number in the load info. Nonetheless, I have the load and drop in Mt Vernon, TX tomorrow.

 

Yeah, my two loads out of Garden City, KS going to CA both need to have the BOL faxed. I don't get any phone bars in rural Kansas and there is NOTHING but farm fields and farm houses ... forever! I have let dispach know via traq message and then had them wait 5 hours or so to get a copy of the BOL.

On the CamScan, you can do everything from your phone, but I normally capture the image on my phone, convert it to a PDF file (feature on CamScan allows you to do that with one button) then I move over to my laptop to finish up as I also find it much easier to work on the laptop instead of the phone.
