For some reason this one reminds me of the Cranky One

An old farmer was walking down the path to the pond when he spotted a bullfrog. He reached down and grabbed the frog and started to put him in his pocket when the bullfrog said, "Kiss me on the lips and I will turn into a beautiful farmers wife." Again the old farmer started to put the frog in his pocket. The frog asked, "Didn't you hear what I said?" The farmer looked at the frog and said," At my age I'd rather have a talking frog."

 

I got a swap load that delivers in North Central Indiana Thurs afternoon, after that I don't know. I will like it if they keep pushing me further west down I-80, but I have a feeling they will give me a pick up at the Tyson plant just south of my next delivery. I'll keep ya posted.

 

Nawwww, I figure I have supplied as much if not more info than many on here. But that is what it is all about, sharing and making the industry better for all of us. I don't think the carriers are really honest in their desire to retain "good drivers", it would mean having to pay more and pay benefits, etc.. So, it's up to us to make it better for everyone......the more efficient we are as driving families, the more money it takes out of a carrier's pocket. Have you all ever thought of how much money the insurance industry makes off of CSA points? It is a money making machine in more ways than one. Oh well, don't get me started!

I'm just expanding the kingdom a little bit. Helping more drivers be safe on the highways and take home a living wage is the goal.

I noticed a few minutes ago that the other editor put an Amber Alert on the page ......someone kidnapped two little Amish girls in New York!

Is it me or the older you get the harder it is to sleep?

 

Not sure about the older but know I had a crappie sleep with this cold I've got.

 

So depending on where you are you are going not to mention how you are going I may see my second TA trailer in 2 days. Come to think about it the truck and trailer I saw yesterday looked pretty new.

 

If your that all powerful, how bout doing something simple, like getting rid of this stupid cold I've got!!! I'd then be more than happy to worship the ground you walk on!!!! Lol
