Trans Am Still

Lots of bad weather across the middle of the country today ....and everything that goes along with it, flooding, etc.. Now they are saying that it will continue through Monday.

 

Its problebly 80% chance I am expecting on Tues down here in FL. Be safe out there drivers.

 

Let me get the straight of it: You sat on a radio to model socks, or; via air waves ( radio, like music plays on it) you modeled socks? If it was the latter, what difference are looks? Still trying to get the thread cranking (Sorry, Cranky, no pun intended on your name.)?

 

Sorry PeteThe forgot I had to be specific for your old mind within a couple of hours from you waking up. I was talking about the rain that the Queen warned about across the midwest.

 

I came here in the late 90's once for 6 mos and once for a year. came back in 2006 and been here since then. There are quite a few contractors here but they come and go with different length contracts.

They have built a lot of nice places here now , we live in a nice apartment not far from base ( work ) and it is just like in the USA pretty much. I don't mind it here to much but I also hate the cold weather in the winter. We always try to take off a few times in the winter for warmer weather for a break from the cold. We have a house in the Philippines and will probably be there for Christmas and New Years.
I will probably take a trip to Bali and maybe Bangkok this winter. I get 5 weeks off with pay and need to use it or lose it. In Feb I get my 5 weeks back so I will be planning something pretty soon I hope

We keep talking about moving back to Indiana but the money keeps us here. Maybe someday lol

We really like a lot of Korean food , did you like Kimchi ? We love it !

 

You have been appointed Court Jester of the TransAm kingdom. Do you have one of those funny little hats with the bells on it already or do we need to have you one made out of tinfoil?

It won't be a problem if we need to make you one ....I already have the hot glue gun out. I got volunteered to make 50 flapper style headbands for the Heritage Festival.......so what's one more thing to bedazzle!

 

Loved the winter kimchi. Nothing like spicy hot, fermented cabbage, to get one going!!!

Flash when my wife first came to Korea she hated Kimchi now she makes the best Hot and spicey Kimchi soup I ever had.

Squid jerkey , fish heads and eyes, yummy she loves it all. We both like American food and all types of asian food. She makes very good Filipino dishes.
Wow I better go to sleep I am making myself hungry.
