George I hope your luck changes soon. Do you have a black cloud over your head? You should request to get paid, breakdown pay or lost utilization pay. The worst they say is no. I hope they get you fixed and up and running

Is the pain supposed to keep getting worse? I'm about to hobble my gimp self inside and get enough beer that I will sleep this off. OMG. I don't think it's broken because I can't see bruising. I can manage getting in and out of the truck, I just look like an idiot. I'm used to gimping with bad knees that sometimes flare up. I'm not sure if I want to scream or cry or puke right now. Or go throw my abloy lock through the window of the jerk next to my whose tv or radio I can here in my sleeper.

Try taking the wrap off of it, honeybadger. I know it is supposed to help with the swelling ....but I never could stand it that first day. Do you have any Advil?

You have my simpathies HB, been there and done that as well, and mine still hurts from time to time, and yes it will hurt worse as time goes by then gradually go away. And if its your left ankle be thankfull for the automatic tranny. Hopefully it takes less time to heal than mine did as well.

when I was still with Trans Am they didnt hire out of NH
I had to use my parents Newburyport address
Leasing isnt easy better to be a company driver
but if you need to lease to get your foot in the door your background wont be as important
    once you get some experience
after 18 months at Trans Am I doubled my paycheck with next company

    gntorres61 and HometimeQueen Thank this.

I hear it is best to just be a company driver until you know more about trucking. Did they offer you a job as a company driver also or just a lease ?

I hear TransAm has nice equipment , i am considering going there as a company driver maybe later on.

I am sure there will be some good info coming soon.

Don't know about the felonies but seems like so many turned you down and then TA offered you a job, I wonder why TA will hire with felonies but others wont ?

I think a lot depends on what the felony was. I have a coworker that had 2 DUI's and sent out some apps, hey were like 20 year old DUI's but no one wanted to hire him.

    Sorry not much help.
