Trans Am Still

The pet deposit is refundable if you purchase the truck so few will ever see the money back. I don't think I've even opened my new manual but the pet deposit is in our contract.

In Storm Lake, Ia. my load isn't ready so I will take my 10 hour break and run this out as soon as it is ready. Going to Sherman, Tx. I think I am going to ask for hazardous duty pay to go into Tx.

Don't worry Cranky my wife was raised in Stevens Point not close to Green Bay and between you wife and mine they would start a rescue. I have problems feeding the ones we got now.

Waiting for my taxi at TransAm Headquarters. Bid adieu to the teal blue dream, and head back to Albert Lea tonight and arrive at 3am. Told I have a load at Worthington headed back somewhere in Indiana and finaling in Aberdeen MD. Then hometime. Always good to visit here to the Olathe yard. Just wish I could get down to Rockwall TX. I have a PM on or around November 1. Deuces.

 

I made it to Grand Island, NE. Tomorrow's delivery in Cheyenne is drop and hook so I will haul butt there, drop, grab an empty and run straight back to Grand Island to drop that at JBS. Next load goes to Greenville, SC for Tuesday morning delivery.

Today was a good day. Tomorrow's paycheck will be over $1000, next week will be nearly as much and I put in my hometime request to get home next Friday morning. My birthday is next Thursday and when I leave out the 27th after hometime my little stripey wildchild will be back from her vacation at home and back on the truck where she belong. That dog has been quite naughty this week. She made off with two pounds of butter before the family realized why the butter kept disappearing. Apparently Avett would steal the container off of the counter and drag it off to eat it. I did say she needed to gain weight, but I never thought I would have a butter bandit!

It's a Winn Dixie load. Going to the C&S DC. I can't remember if I've been to this particular DC, but I've never had problems with these loads in the past and they usually have staging lots I can spend the night in!

 

I just looked at it in Google and yep, I've been there. It's right off BiLo Blvd. They have a small staging lot I can camp in but not much else is around there. At least I know where I'm going though!

 

Thats kool I actually have Family in the Spartanburg/Union Area, Nice to know they have loads going that way
