Yes, interesting. I see a lot of: Type: Torts - Injury > Motor Vehicle but also interesting that TransAm has a lawsuit against the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

I'm curious about the patent case.

 

^Yeah, I saw that also. There is a thing going on with podcasts, and other forms of electronic communication. A patent troll is suing not to win but to force companies into a settlement. All of those suits are being taken in that same court in Eastern Texas. Made me wonder if it is something along those lines.

Ok ....so don't hate me. This forecast is from Bill Kirk, he owns a company that makes predictions for many major corporations. He is quite good at what he does.

 

They have had several lawsuits against the FMCSA, most of them involving breach of contract..... which I found interesting also. The one on the patent was also curious .....I wondered if it had something to do with Blue Tree. I know this is not the definitive list ....that there are at least several more in the works.
I also read some other things that have me wondering. I know very little about how the lease contracts are written having never seen one. I know that part of your weekly payments are for all of the various insurances on the truck. Who is your insurance with when you lease?

 

And another question .....have any of you bought fuel in Texas and later on had issues with either the truck or the APU?
