Thanks Passport , some times we fly in to Tacloban but not to many flights since the big typhoon and sometimes we like to spend a day or two in Cebu.

If I drink Tuba I need something to fall back on. :biggrin_25526:

They also have this - Sadler's Smokehouse Pulled Beef Brisket, 16 oz

It's a little more , about $4.79 I think, but it is also very good and will make approx. 4 to 5 nice sandwiches.

passport, have you ever checked in to Straight Talk for your phone service? What most don't realize is that they pay to use the systems of all of the major carriers ....your service map depends on the phone that you purchase. Most of the smart phones will be on Verizon's network ....ours is. I can't think of anywhere that we haven't had service. No contract, $45 a month unlimited. They also have an international calling plan for $60 a month. Should you be in an area that Verizon doesn't have coverage the phone does go to Roam ....but there are no charges for it.

The King is actually home for some good home time! He needed it. He spent the day on the back 10 playing Daniel Boone .....to the point that I went looking for him. He was on his way back to the house .....and had the nicest smile on his face. He enjoyed just being able to get out and walk and watch the wildlife.

^. ^ Awesome that the King has home time! I know you and the princesses are ecstatic. I'm in VA with my daughters & family. If you go on FB, you'll see tons of Wi dance pics and one of my daughters with 2 of my grandkids with "wolf" makeup. We had a fun afternoon and evening. Would have been more fun with George here!

So happy for you and your wife, jaso. Extra time should be a huge help! Plus you get a little more time in a warmer climate before moving to such a freezing zone.

Can't believe that I actually got mooned today, the pressed ham variety. To bad it was a fat, hairy one.

Sad day for my daughter who had her black lab put down today , R. I. P. Shelby. My daughter has had Shelby for 15 years and we have always dreaded this day. My wife and I were staying with her on our vacation to Indiana back in July and Shelby was really looking bad then. I am glad she is no longer suffering but she will really be missed.

Grandson 7 yr old took it pretty hard also but my daughter Molly explained to him that she is no longer suffering so he is doing ok now. His dog since he was born.

Every one is doing better now and they still have a chocolate lab named Peyton after Peyton Manning. IMG_0079.jpg

...I walked right into that one.
That brisket looks nummy num. I am going to have to explore the world of prepared meats. Living in Asia, we did not really have this kind of stuff available.

I actually have a Straight Talk phone. I did not go with them as they do not allow you to tether your phone to your laptop and use data. Reports say if you use too much data, they shut your plan off mid month. I ended up with Virgin Mobile as they have a unlimited data plan and I can tether.

Glad everyone enjoyed Halloween, I'll go check out pics.

RIP Shelby ... Glad your family had a nice 15 years together.

Sorry to hear about Shelby, Dennis. A good dog is a blessing, a gift from God. Time to take a walk on the Rainbow Bridge and meet up with Shelby. May God Bless your family. To me, dogs are family.

Many of those products are very tasty! Can be high in sodium though. Make sure you drink plenty of water, not always easy to do on the road. A friend of mine keeps Dumbbells and other exercise stuff in a side box, being a mover, I get plenty of exercise! Lol
