Agreed! Let him drive in Boston ....he will be in the northeast quite often....better to learn while he has someone there to guide him.

I delivered into Boston while in training with my coach. If it is one of the places in the market it is not bad. There is a traffic circle that is awful tight that you need to take when you get off the highway but other than that, it is not too awful bad. Backing is weird but it is a market that you can move around in and get set up ok in.

Another nail in the coffin of my company and another step closer to trucking cause bad night and weekend office staff is not soley in the trucking industry, Just had a fun night dealing with a issue that they put as an emergency and sent me out to that I found out could have waited until tomorrow when we had a tech working, which is something I fought with them on for about 3 hours and almost refused. To make matters even better called in to clear the issue and got transfered 3 different times and still ended at the first people I talked to.

And yes Cranky I know it is prob worse in trucking, but at least in trucking if I was home and trying to move they would have shut up after a bit.

Wow sitting at the pilot in Ellenton trying to wake up and saw 3 large ppl get into a Werner truck, must be tight.

    passport220 and HometimeQueen Thank this.

Stopped at Salina KS at the J. Delivery at Coca Cola went smoothly was out shortly after my appointment time and sent to Cargill Dodge City. Got there, and the reefer wouldn't turn on. Sent a 12 to roadcall and they had me drop it at Thermo King close by. Bobtailed back to the plant, picked up my load headed for Greensboro, and when I got to the J, got a swap notice for the J in Haubstadt IN (or whatever it is) going back to Dakota City Nebraska. Running on recap and have 8 hours tomorrow, 7 on Sunday and guess the planners got nervous. Got to go through St Louis again! Deuces.
