I think I will drive into Boston stop and let him drive out. Let him watch how I handle that traffic(0800 appointment time) this way he has a good idea how to do it. Will have him do most of the backs. He is doing really well. Only thing he needs to learn is that the new guy is to blame for everything even when it isn't his fault. LOL

Yes TA will pay for any damage but not my downtime. So I prefer nothing happen.

Truck was so nice and shiny till that dust pit in Greeley, still cleaner than this morning before it got washed.

    Be safe out there

I forget right now. Doing much needed laundry but will post where tomorrow.

HTQ don't give me too much credit for thinking or it might go to my head.

I think they know they messed up cause as soon as I pick up they send me preplan. That is nice.

Yeah, that is one I was thinking of. In the Foodmart complex. It is a busy area with a lot of small, straight delivery trucks running around but they have a lot of ways they can sneak or go around so they don't mind if a big truck is taking up road to back into a dock (many docks you have to start your back from the public road).

There is a Target store within walking distance, otherwise no facilities, maybe you don't need it if it is your last stop, but you can overnight park in the Foodmart complex. Good luck to you and Flying Jay.

    jaso37 Thanks this.

In Olathe, got a load out of Tyson next door. 4 stops in IL and IN over the next 3 and a half days, 645 paid miles. Don't know if it will be ready today or tomorrow. If it is ready toady, I will take it up to Sapp Bros in Peru, IL and hope for a swap.

At the Peelot in Mount Vernon IL. The amenities around here are among the best. Walked across the street to the Ryans steakhouse. My waitress named Sylvie, 51, a French Canadian woman talked my ear off, but, to me, thats always better than an indifferent snob. Enjoyed the meal and the conversation. Now, my swap is still on for Haubstadt IN at the J. Thought DM2 was gonna let me keep my load, but the planners still want to make this swap for some reason. I had the hours to make it and on time delivery wasn't threatened. Who knows? Maybe the swap guy is also from NC, too. Running on recap. Got 7.5 hours for tomorrow so gonna boogie at midnight and swap out at 2am then head back across St. Louis and shut down near KC and wait until after midnight into Monday morning to move again. Long off period tomorrow. Oh well, will enjoy the extra rest. Deuces
