I used to get into so much trouble with my messages. Almost got fired once over them and my attitude. Told them my attitude would improve greatly, once they learned how to do their jobs and kept me running. Can't figure out what they have against the words clown and incompetents, being used in the same message.

How is everyone doing tonight? My friend finally got his truck yesterday. he delivered a load of Coca Cola to the warehouse in denver this morning now he is at the meat house In fort Morgan waiting to get loaded to take it to miami. Said he was there since 1pm and its taking them forever. Guess this is just the beginning.
HometimeQueen and dennisroc Thank this. -
Anyone else has Sandra from the rockwall location as their dispatcher?

I have not gotten to the point of directly insulting my DM or the planners...well, I have but thank god there is a backspace button to take stuff out of messages before you send them. So far I have only been a drama queen about how bad and unfair a situation is. Carry on that I am suffering righteous indignation that they have ask me to do whatever.
However, I do often flat out refues to do things like swaps. Then I end up doing them after I extort a previously declined $50 layover pay request, or in this case a hard preplan to keep me moving. I would have thought the amount that I refuse stuff would have led to my termination by now, yet I am still here being a PITA to everyone involved.Panhandle flash, dennisroc, crazy driver 72 and 2 others Thank this. -
A 12-24 hour wait or even more at a meat plant is common for us. If it is a good mileage load like Ft. Morgan to Miami, even a whiner like me would not complain.truckertravis84 and dennisroc Thank this.

lol ... yeah, been burned like that before. But I don't actually mind stops, if the appointment times are ok, as much as other drivers. Sometimes it is good to have a little bit of income that does not come off your 70 hour clock.crazy driver 72 Thanks this.

I don't but I know Sandra a little bit just from hanging around Rockwall. My roommate from orientation became pretty chummy with her. She is cool and I think she is experienced. If I had to pick someone otherwise blind, I would feel good with her as a choice for a DM.truckertravis84 Thanks this.

your friend will learn the drop dead times unless trans am changed thatpassport220 and truckertravis84 Thank this.

I was just sending them messages about them being incompetent. The lady at Speedco was all over them also about the hour and a half wait time, which was the longest out of all the companies she deals with. I think she embarrassed them. Communication is my biggest problem or lack there of.
Jay rolling hard, we should be around 5,500 for the week. Deliver in Black Mountain tomorrow then to Baxter to KC. Jay should be in hotel tomorrow late night early Saturday morning.
