So, here I sit on the side of the road in sterling, Il, waiting to deliver at the wally world. Gotta tell ya, pretty dang disgusted with my fellow truckers. Trash is all over the place here and lots of bottles, some of them filled. Lazy schmaltz who.can't wait to find a trashcan!!!! And people wonder why we can't park at a lot of places anymore.

Just being curious here. Anybody else have problems, with seeing the white lines, on dark rainy nights?

Eyesight is less than half as accurate at night than during the day. Age is a factor, too, but probably the most recent factor is the quality of our national infrastructure. States can't afford to fill potholes or repair bridges. Do you think they're going to reprint the white lines each year like they used to?

Fan belt is came off and is just a piece of thread. Might be Warranty issue. Tried to get it back on myself but the tensioner pulley won't move. Was hoping that I could creep somewhere to get it fixed. If its just a belt this is going to be expensive. Pay attention new drivers this stuff happens. The call is up to the leasee, should I pay someone to put a belt on here and find out a pulley siezed and lose that money or chance that the pulley seized and get towed to KW and have it fixed for free? Either way lose this load and make no miles for today.

That may just work to make him cranky without you having to call Jaso.

And Cranky I am with Jaso, wasn't even born in 71 also.

    jungHo and jaso37 Thank this.

Wrecker on its way. If not a warranty issue this will be one expensive belt.

Oh now, Dennis, don't say you're nobody. We are all a somebody and important in our own right! I was just joking, stirring up the thread a little. I know, if you mentioned everyone by name, your battery would probably expire! George and I are enjoying hometimem always. I don't look forward to his departure. It's gotten a little easier, but I don't think I'll ever really accept it.

    dennisroc Thanks this.
