Supposedly, I am getting out of here today. My company called around yesterday and found the part that was needed and had it shipped overnight. Hopefully tanks are done. Gotta check out of motel by 1100, and then get to sit at the truck place. I sure hope I don't end up back here tonight..... going crazy!!!!!

I'm more baffled over a Cummins engine in a TransAm 660????? I heard they were going to the Cummins in the newer 680s, but as far as I knew everything after the CAT 660s all had Paccar motors? I've got a Cummins in my current truck and love it though!!
I've got my hometime load. I'm at my first stop, Ledbetter packing in Memphis, and there's a TransAm driver here. I deliver the final stop at Piggly Wiggly in Bessemer tomorrow morning then get to go HOME til Tuesday morning. The last couple days have been my usual run of bad luck crap. But I am so excited to be going home AND not be broke either. Husband also got taxes filed today and is buying an RV this afternoon. -

Being a company driver, I am resigned to following the GPS or incur the wrath of a certain dispatcher (not mine) with a God complex. In Tallulah LA sniffing more glue so I can imagine better scenery than there really is in this state.

Just came thru there yesterday, George. Definitely nothing to look at. On the bright side, it is a little warmer there.
