I'm sorry travis ....I know that you are past ready for home time. I don't remember the King going to Greenville, so I'm not able to help you. Can any of the rest of you be of any assistance?
truckertravis84 Thanks this. -
travis, you could always call and ask them if they would accept early delivery. I caught honeybadger online and asked her about them ....she had been there and said that they do have a small staging lot near there. She didn't have any luck getting unloaded early and that is what most of the online reviews say.

If I remember right Bi-Lo you check in with guard and park in back of lot then a guy in a car goes around and assigns you a door. Don't think they will take you a day early but not sure, call them. Sometimes they unload quick and sometimes they are very slow. Hope you have a good time at home Travis
truckertravis84 and HometimeQueen Thank this. -
Yes, I concur. Travis, they will not unload early. Everytime I am there, three hours. One time, I had delivered my load there and was getting ready to head for hometime, but my driver manager had me rescue a load from a driver three miles away and deliver it back to BiLo. The driver had run out of hours and had gotten lost. So I found him got his load and waited five hours to get unloaded. Never made it home as I ran out of my hours too waiting on that second load. The next day, I went home. It happens man. You just take one for the club. In all fairness, TransAm is really pretty good about getting you home. Once, I was a 3-4 days late getting home due to being broke down in Raleigh. Just 120 miles from home. Made the mistake of waiting on the repair, i stead of just dropping the keys and getting Jungho to pick me up. At the time, the salesman had me believe it would be overnight fix, so I waited. One night turned into three nights. Things happen in this industry. Its how you handle it that make the difference.

At the Flying J in Amarillo (yellow town) TX. Picked up a load at Coca Cola in Dallas, headed for Denver for a 9am drop this morning. Left Coke at 4pm and my driver manager gets me a swap. She says, I need you to run hard and you might not make it before your clock runs out. I had dropped off the T660 off in the yard and they put me back in a T700, 2012, Olive Green, color and Jay says, this probably be a permanent switch. Ok, fine, just need to get back to Olathe to get the rest of my clothes, drinks, snacks, CDs. By the way, I made the Flying J with 7 to spare. One thing I miss, is being able to do 65. The Raleigh Kenworth dealer turned my truck up to 65 while in the shop back in early October. Don't know why, but it was fun while it lasted.

Guess my effort got rewarded. Got a load out of Amarillo going to California for three drops, woohoo!! The driver who got my load to Denver was on this load. I understand why he is a little upset. Now gotta check to see if this load is ready or what......May have to wait 24 hours. Oh well.
