My California load got taken off me. TA had a hot load to get out of Holcomb KS. Storm hit while I was hooking up trailer, but drove 225 miles to Salina, before shutting down at 3am. No incidences. God is good. Load going to Melrose Park IL, but they have me swapping in Boonville MO. Good. My swap goes back to Fort Collins. Missed going to Cali but at least I got rolling sooner.

So how are you liking the truckers' world? Did you personally drive 530 miles? That's a pretty good day. How much longer does your company keep you in traininng? If you're lucky, it will be several weeks. That is a good foundation to your career. I'm sure most men are anxious to be in a truck on their own and solo driving, but time spent with a good trainer, with many years of experience is a good thing. Good luck, redneck. Hope things are going along great for you!
