There you are, passport! I have been wondering about you! What a great idea about the coolant, etc.. See, it's the things like this that we forget about and need you to remind us!

Thanks for the pics and info Passport , The hotel looks pretty nice as well as Ms Passport. Have not decided for sure but might be heading there to Pattaya. Going to America probably around July and looking forward to seeing family and friends. Enjoy your time off work :)

After reading Passports post it doesn't seem exciting that I am in York, Ne.

    HTQ sorry about your friend.

Queenie, goes triple for me. Will keep you and your dear friends in prayer. As for me, i think shower and breakfast will cover my parking here. Already got spare coolant. But thanks for the suggestion PP. Just when I thought this thread was starting to wane, Passport and Dennisroc come back to help bring it back to life!! Guess I better get a shower, breakfast and go fight LA metro traffic again. Its my job!

Hey George how is it going ? I have been real busy the last few months and really don't contribute much but enjoy reading all the post. Still thinking about getting my CDL and get into trucking. My contract got extended until the end of this year and sort of hope they don't renew. That would give me a good reason to move back to the USA.

    HometimeQueen and passport220 Thank this.

Cranky $ 7000 is too much , I can get her a set of dentures for $ 10 in the Philippines. They are made from Bamboo !:biggrin_25523:

True, the word "exciting" does not spring to mind but I actually like York, NE. Small Sapp Bros., yet often still has parking available, along with free WiFi gets a thumbs up. Wish you were here Jaso. I would love to see a Filipino face as they try to figure out what "fugetaboutit" means.

Dental tourism is a real thing. I just got a professional cleaning and scaling done last month in Thailand. 1 hour procedure. Total cost was 1,000 Thai baht or less than $31 usd at a highly regarded dental clinic run by a German dentist. http://www.die-endverbraucher.com/d...660007_german_dental_clinic_pattaya_city/1/0/

For $7,000 I think you could buy the whole place, building included. May be worth looking into, even with two $1,000 round-trip tickets, I think you could still come out ahead and enjoy a vacation at the same time. If you and Ms. Cranky consider it, call on me, I would be happy to help with information as I can.

Panhandle hope the truck is back in shape so you can wave to the club house on the way by. It has been sitting idle and unattended since January.

Glad our Badger is doing well in her new digs.

You and your friend are on my mind HTQ.

Sending out e-mails first thing in the morning to get the ball rolling to get back in the driver's seat again!

Sorry to hear about your friend., will keep her in my prayers. That's Murphys law for you, your husband not being able to be homr &when you really needed him! It's what stinks about truck driving.....I know it pays the bills, but it isn't family-friendly. Praying for you also.
