There is still trouble on I 25 ....be aware ...
Nearly a week since a woman was shot in the neck while driving on Interstate 25 near Fort Collins, the investigation has all but stalled, officials say.
Reports of shattered windows began Tuesday when a "projectile" shattered a window on a Larimer County Sheriff's Office transport van near Mead. About 11:15 p.m. the next day, a Milliken woman was shot in the neck while driving between Harmony Road and Colorado Highway 392. Two more motorists in Larimer and Weld counties reported having their window's shattered while on area roads and highways Wednesday and Thursday.
"We don't see anything that demonstrates that any of the other reports were necessarily gunshots or were related," Sheriff Justin Smith told the Coloradoan Monday, adding that no additional cases have been reported in the area from the weekend. "Even though this still appears to be a random act, we don't see evidence of it being anything serial."

The investigation particularly into the woman who was shot has made local and national headlines, drumming up comparisons to other high-profile road attacks and using phrases like "serial attacker" to describe the events.
Investigators on Tuesday would not reveal ballistic information about the shot that injured the girl, saying those details were critical to the investigation and would not be released while the probe was ongoing. LCSO did say it was the only confirmed case in which a bullet was fired at a vehicle.

The sheriff's office last week said the only description of the suspect vehicle was that it was a dark-colored SUV. A suspicious and unoccupied vehicle near Mead was located on Thursday and towed to a processing facility, but neither the registered owner nor the vehicle itself are now believed to have been involved in the shooting incident.
The injured Milliken woman told investigators that was the only vehicle she remembers seeing prior to being shot..
"At this point we don't have any solid leads," Smith said.

I bought a car from a man that said he was moving and couldn't take it with him.......then after I had the title in my hand he tells me "You just seem so nice and I can't lie to you .....I am going to prison".

On the way home, I had to stop at the store for a couple of things. I look behind me and two cops pull into the parking lot! One of them is the police chief! ....
....The Queen almost peed her pants! .....They just pulled in to jaw to one another and share donuts.
Now I am worried that my purdy new car is "pimp blue"....or worse!passport220 Thanks this. -

That part of Illinois I 70 is always a mess. From Effingham on. Thank God I avoid that when coming from Carolina and Tennessee.

Day 7 in the Kenworth shop. Guess these folks don't have a clue. Trans Am hasn't called me either. Time to ramp up a new company search I guess. I am out of sight out of mind. Was hoping to stay another 3-6 months, but I can't stand sitting around.

George is back with his truck but has been sitting there about 2 hours waiting for safety to adjust his clock. He forgot to log out of the system the day the truck was towed and the technician doing the test drive used his clock, so he had to wait 9 hours + to drive again. He's been waiting on safety to adjust his clock. First they appeared to be in a meeting. Like, being a mega company, wouldn't you think someone would be accessible in the event someone had a safety issue? I thought the idea is to move freight quickly! Now he's waiting for the supervisor to get back from lunch to sign off on it. Such are the politics....I am back home from a 2 hour drive, return trip, and he waits still. The problem with the truck involved multiple electrical problems. At least it's fixed. Now if he could get rolling.....

jungHo, can he use paper logs until they get it adjusted? I believe several of them have done that before when there as been a malfunction with their elogs. If he waits on them he will be sitting most of the day!
passport220 Thanks this. -
He's finally rolling, as of 2:30 pm EST!
