Could you print and/or fax it at a truck stop? Gotta be some way to get it taken care of so you don't have to worry with it anymore. Also, if you faxed it to them at least you would have a receipt and confirmation that you had done all that you could do to comply. Tomorrow being Friday you need to get it done asap ....Does that sound like I am nagging? :p

If you send me a PM with your info, and a pic of your signature (just sign your name on a white piece of paper, take a pic on your phone, and send me that pic), I will fix it up for you so you can send it via email.

OR I converted the PDF form into a JPEG pic file (below), open it as full size, grab it, take it to MSPaint or similar, add your info, print it back again as a PDF file and email that in to the DOT.

OR you can add your info with MSPaint or similar and fax that to the DOT here: http://myfax.com/free/
That fax website can work with the JPEG file, so you don't have to convert it back to PDF

Could be wishfull thinking, Won't know until I am more finacially stable enough to be able to get financed for school and be able to afford the possible pay cut for at least the first year. Which if I am able to stsy on plan should be next year sometime. I will say however that after my trip last weekend it has kinda invigorated me to make sure I stay on track with my plan and try and get it done sooner.

Is this unique? I get to Costco this morning and they reject load. Why? The whole trailer is wrong product. Right shipper but they loaded it with wrong product. Big screw up. +$300 for sitting here all day on something no one here wants plus I go back to shipper on Sunday. Smh. LOL. I have been having some unique luck lately
