George, and this goes for other company drivers, just cause your company, doesn't mean you don't need to keep good records. There are all kinds of things you can deduct from your taxes. Not going into here but, you have to be able to back it up. That's why having copies of your logs are so important. Even company drivers on per diem, can deduct the portion of per diem the company didn't pay. Everybody should find a good tax accountant, that understands the trucking industry. We have deductions that other people don't have. A good example is, we can deduct the expense of doing laundry while on the road, and no receipt is required.

Anyone know how to fix the radio when it says 'ANTENNA ERROR' on the Sirius XM band? Just paid $40+ for a subscription and now I can't use it.

Where is the XM antenna in the T700's? I'm guessing the sleeper mounted antennas are for am/fm/cb. Then there's the dome antenna for DirectTV in the back and the window pad antenna for local TV channels in the sleeper window.... but I don't see the XM antenna at all....

 

Having issues with my power inverter says it has input but three zeros for output an goes back an forth between the two my foreman grill wouldn't turn on an neither would my crock pot tryed both separately, TV turns on an so does Satelite box even though I haven't figured out how to set that up but they do have power

 

I am not much help with equipment issues, Hick .....you may have to call Sirius back and have them walk you through it. It's not necessarily an issue with the antenna itself ....it may be the signal. I did find this -

No Signal or Acquiring Signal Make sure the SiriusXM antenna is mounted on the outside of the vehicle and that there are no obstructions blocking its view. If you are parked in an underground garage, you should receive a signal after leaving the garage.
Antenna or Antenna Not Detected Make sure the SiriusXM antenna cable is firmly and securely plugged into the cradle. Make sure the SiriusXM antenna cable is not bent or broken. Turn your SiriusXM radio off, then on, to reset this message. If using a Dock & Play or Portable Radio, remove the Radio from its docking cradle and then reinstall to attempt to reset this message.
Off Air The channel you've selected is not currently broadcasting. Tune to another channel.
Loading Your SiriusXM radio is acquiring audio or program information from the satellite. This message usually goes away in a few seconds.
Updating SiriusXM is updating your Radio with the latest encryption code. Wait until the update is complete. This message may also display when you are trying to tune to a channel that is unavailable or blocked.

According to The Wall Street Journal, “the trucking industry is bracing for a downturn, and that’s a poor signal for the U.S. economy.” The Journal’s Logistics Report states the poor outlook suggests the market is adjusting to inventory that piled up as a result of the West Coast ports’ dispute and companies over-ordering to ensure they had enough goods on hand.
