That's awesome. It's high time someone finally said what we are all thinking.

 

I see that you still have some good meds this morning!
A couple of weeks ago in Springfield at one store was a mother with 2 of the worst little boys we had ever seen. They were rude, loud, destructive and just plain old bad. The thing of it was, they weren't safe either. They could have easily been hurt by knocking something over....or even worse, it was very busy and the boys were constantly running amuck, they could have been taken.
The next store we were in there was a mother with two of the best children we had seen all day. As we walked by her and the little boy(he was about 8 years old), we got a good glimpse of why her children were so well behaved. She had the little boy by the ear giving him a good talking to about acceptable behaviour. And I do mean that she had the child by the ear! Number Two Daughter says she didn't know that the human ear could stretch out so far!. It gave me hope for the future to know that there are still a few of us out there!

 

Years ago I had a friend that was a barber. Parents always brought their little boys to her because they would sit very still and not move or wiggle while she gave them a haircut. I asked her what her secret was one time. She told me that she always showed the little boys her shoebox with her special collection in it ......of all of the ears from little boys that misbehaved in her chair!

 

That's awesome.

 

Turns out he was my doctor today. I feel pretty good about that.

Surgery is in the mornin. Should be good. It's a trippy deal. Had to hear the older fella sharing the room with me get the news he has cancer in his kidneys. I felt horrible.
