Here is my 2 cents.....My Top 3 reasons why a lease fails to profit....Excessive-Deadhead, Excessive-Time at Shipper/Receiver and Mechanical Issues.

so if you have been gone months
you just now decided to complain?
my truck does 68 I run it at 68
you do need miles to get a check
2000 miles should give a lease guy $200 in my experience
so I cant say why your checks were all negative

 

I have to say that is not very good, I can see why you wouldn't do it again. You only averaged $654/wk which anyone can do and be home every night.
But you have to take into consideration your purchasing the truck(not really) by the time all is said an done on a new T680 you will have paid $200,000!!! if not more which is why most keep turning over to new trucks for the tax write off.
I mean look at they're FB page the trucks that were paid off are all numbered in the double/triple digits and they didn't even post a picture of the latest person to do it.
Trucks are nice but running 1900 miles a week for a break even point NO THANKS. each to their own.

just showing the OP that it isn't all negative checks

 

Lease purchase is nothing but a scam PERIOD, and should be outlawed.

To make these lease programs work you must run your rear end off. And many of the drivers today will not nor want to.

 

One of the "few" who will hire new drivers? Sorry, but you need to do MUCH more research.

 

Again, sorry, but you can't regulate, and outlaw stupidity!
