depending on the lease and how long they were in the truck
you could get the truck for the same money as your bonus for completion of your lease
A person signing a 5 year lease would get a 25000 lease completion bonus and pay for the truck
other then that transam will finance the buy out which will be about 1/3 of the cost of leasing

65 lease trucks
some older trucks are at 68 and 72 if the same driver still is in it

Don't know what the other "megacarriers" are like but, the one thing that drove me up the wall at TA, was the very high level of micromanagement. Also the having to get a PO# for reimbursement of money you've paid out, all the way down and including faxes that they required.

Not sure about that Pete. They were sure going thru the office personal when I was there. Wish I could remember the name of the guy that gave all the safety classes when I was there. He was pretty cool and always willing to help out. Kust about the only person there I liked.
