TransAm trucking 1 year experience starts u at .32CPM!?! What makes them worth it?

It's no secret that being a member of TTR and having 0-1 year experience is an automatic .41 cents/mile. I just don't understand why someone wouldn't join.

Trans Am probably pays so low because it's a tool to convince the new driver they'll make more money doing the companies lease purchase.

The industry standard is not the .32 for one year.

 

The industry standard is drivers don't do their research before signing onto a company.
