It's no secret that being a member of TTR and having 0-1 year experience is an automatic .41 cents/mile. I just don't understand why someone wouldn't join.

Ok dude you are going to have to stop talking about Trigonometry. There's no need to bring up Tangent's and Cosine's. That's a topic for another day. The real deal Holy Field. Peanut butter on the Jelly is. YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE ARE PAID WHAT THE INDUSTRY STANDARD IS OR WHAT THE COMPANY IS GOING TO PAY. IF you don't like it. KICK BRICKS AND FIND ANOTHER CAREER. We don't have time for steering wheel holders to be demanding top dollar and they can't back out of a wet paper sack. Does driver pay suck. Yes. Either deal with it. Or get to Stepping. There will be no more crying on this thread. Or there will be severe consequences and repercussions. I will not hold back the fire that is in my fingers. You don't want to see me go Patty J on a fool. Its FRIDAY and this is an offically NO CRY DAY. So wipe your eyes, MAN or Woman up. Grab some gears. and say Yeeeeeeeeee Hawwwww at the top of your lungs.

Trans Am probably pays so low because it's a tool to convince the new driver they'll make more money doing the companies lease purchase.

Did this Whipper snapper say he makes .43. What the Sam Hill is wrong with these companies. I'm only making 40. This tom foolery has got to stop. I'm going to make a call to the Create big wigs, and stop this nonsense. TODAY!!!

    Therein lies the problem.

The industry standard is not the .32 for one year.

The industry standard is drivers don't do their research before signing onto a company.
