Myself personally I have nothing to lose, but everything to gain. I have no family, very few bills, and dont need to be home every other weekend. So for me it would be a good deal.

What if you have several low mile weeks and fall in the hole? Why not just be a company driver that can walk away at any time?

I drove for transam in 2005 and the lease was horrible then too. I made 8-900 a week as a company driver for them being I had an awesome dispatcher but when I went lease it all changed. I was left sitting days at a time on loads while company drivers were moving. I tried lease thing with a couple other companies and failed too. Some companies have good lease programs but majority dnt. I myself have decided to just save the money to buy a truck out-right being it is better that way because you can go anywhere you want then being you own the truck. Lease you are just a glorified company driver at the mercy of the company and they say you get priority dispatching when you really dnt. It is better to stay a company driver these days until you got the money to buy your own truck and even then it is still a headache.

got two checks in two months.i I take 2 days off a mth.So I go in the negative.IT takes 3 weeks to come out of the negative because they wont give you enough miles to get out of the neg..so you work 28 days a month for one weeks pay.i needed the exp.but who wants to work for nothing.im not a quitter. Two more months my lease is up.Hope I can make it.To make their lease program work you have to be a coach,a recruiter and take no days off for six months. My last rodeo with this company.
