Transam trucking - lease program

If you were a Real State Certified Lawyer, You on the other hand would have access to the Trans Am Lease Agreement, By simple having them fax it to you. Just Saying, Rather then asking someone on a forum with resources that are unreliable.

 

I escaped the lease program back in 09....relatively unscathed...did good and bad cause the economy tanked 4 months into my lease and getting miles was a #####...oh yeah..went 4 weeks without a positive settlement....my advise to anyone thinking about doing a lease with anyone would be no ####### way..by the way I am a company driver with Arctic Express doing mad miles,,,no electronic log ######## and making good money.....

 

My husband had to learn the hard way,after his trainer convinced him that was the way to go 6mos ago and that he would cleato leasr about 1500 a wk.NOT this has been the worst. We had agreed that we would make the to lease or not to lease a dual decision after I read the lease I did but it was 3mos in, after I read and did my homework on the sites I new he had been had, and the lease include everything they were taking out.BOY was I mad at him!!!!! The end of the lease is here and he is going toanother CO as a company driver.We are still contemplting the pull out, the lease end date is Aug8/or 26 payments. His average is not bad but its not consistent need ins.and some hometime.Ifigured out the 1800mi.,still can't figure out TRAC payment to TA. HELP

Hubby currently complete 6mos lease with TA in AUG some days I cried for him because he was working so hard and get one of those no ck weeks, going CO. with another line has one offer,that I researched. Has HAZ+ on license end.Thought that all companies had to go Electronic Log by end of year.......How is Artic? Is it worth a look? Anything but TA.....

hello again...look...when I decided to turn in my truck.....a month later I hadnt recieved my money from the acct that you have for end of lease... I had 1900 in it, and they sent me the breakdown of everything they check for wear and tear...they kept my money and billed me for 2000 more!!! well I never responded and they never came after me for the extra cash either....so #### them and yes...I am getting great miles here at Arctic..3100 last week and 3700 this week.....you never sit around..transam I was always waiting for a load and being a lease driver that is the worst...sometimes a break is nice but I want to make money so lets roll.....only thing I dont like is no ez pass but all you have to do is figure your route and put in for the cash needed and they will put it on your comdata card and you just get a cash advance when fueling...same with scale fees washouts etc....34 cpm to start to

 

now that i relook at the first post... what ever happen to the FSC? transam pays for fsc on loaded and empty according to their site???

what is the fsc 30-40 cents? so shouldnt it be calculated at like 1.20$ a mile?

 

Transam doesn't care if you eat or are able to pay your bills. They care about takin your money any way they can. I am sorry to say, but I worked for this company for five years. I have seen drivers loose everything including marriages while the people in the office drive new cars and do whatever they want. Transam is a joke and I would advise anyone thinking about going there to find another company.

 

I just ended my 2nd 6 month lease, I was on electronic logs and they refuse to give me my copy for tax credit verification. I would like to be a part of that lawsuit that you are forming. If you are still in the process I would be greatful if I could be a part of it.

said he made great money but was worried about a POTENTIAL audit
Not really a transam issue at all Half the trucks on the road on elogs you dont suppose
the goverment which includes IRS can get thier hands on them
