    Just found out, that is not accurate. They are not doing away with their company driver program. So it seems that they are over-hiring, and probably pushing the L/O real hard. When talking to a recruiter for them, I would push the question of available company trucks. If they come back with a reply about L/O, that should tell you what to expect.

    Chompi I realize what your saying about mega-carriers. How can I find a smaller fleet that will hire with so little experience and since im only 21. I have been trying to look on the internet for smaller companys but always come up empty.
