I used to use it. Scan it and save on computer as a pdf. I open the transflo program and import the docs and send them away. Only problems I ever had were internet connections and even that was rare (verizon)

    SHC Thanks this.

Transflo has an app for smartphones (android and Iphone) and I dont use the method above stated by the OP. The transflo app for smartphones just got setup with the company I am leased to and have yet to use it, we use transflo in cab scanning and of course truckstop scanning currently. I have heard of guys scanning their stuff with a non approved (by transflo) scanner and then opening up the transflo program and importing it in, then sending and this works without fail.

I have heard of some other scanning app for a smartphone that will let you scan and then email but I dont know what that is. This costs me 7 bucks a week (unless I dont scan that week) and its unlimited for how many scans and pages per week.

trans-flo for your laptop is free and can be downloaded online. They have apps for iPhones and Droids, but those have to be accepted by your company. They are very easy to use.
