I had a slight vibration and a grinding noise when coasting, nothing when under power. I replaced all the U-joints and had inter-axle shaft balanced. This reduced the noise a lot. Changed motor mounts and adjusted air ride. Vibration is gone, noise is less but still there.
Next I will take to shop and have the drive line angles checked and adjusted.

Transmission been fixed by the shop who rebuilt it in September... The owner is very mean guy and never answered the phone until i got ahold of previous shop owner and asked for assistance. Long story short - shop owner said my driver doesn't know how to drive and sent me this pic from transmission shop , he said it will be on the house only because they have long relationship with the transmission shop . I ended up paying only for removal/install . Driver had this truck for 3 years and September failure happened because one of the transmission cooler brackets got broken due to rust , hose rubbed and lost all oil and literally fried the tranny ( no trans temp gauge )
