I just got my used RT 14915 today. While looking it over I noticed the imput shaft has about 1/8 play at the end. Is this normal? There must be a spec for how much play is allowable, or should there be none?

It's probably ok. We put a rebuilt 13 in my T-8 last fall, and I remember thinking the input shaft seemed to have some play in it, but the mechanic that helped me do it didn't worry about it at all.
That's my $ .02 until someone that knows for sure comes along.....kwforage Thanks this. -
Mostly normal. The tip of the input shaft is supported by the pilot bearing in the flywheel anyway.

Thanks guy. I feel alittle better now. I spent alot of time finding this thing, and after feeling that play in the shaft I was alittle worried.

Will the shifter tower off my 7 speed work on the 15 speed?

Also I need an air line schematic. Anyone know where I can get one? All I can find on the RoadRanger site is for a 13 or 18.

This should help, not the exact same model, but should be same series.
