The fuller 9 in the my dog has about 720k on it and it has a rumble pulling through 52 to about 62 mph. You can forget the radio during this time and it seems to be worst in the high gears. (8-9)

When I grease it I check the play in the shafts and I found about 10k vertical in the front yoke. ( rear of tranny ) Old school tells me no sir.... should be a little thrust but no vertical play.........

So I run it into the shop and the mech. gives it a clean bill. Says that play should be there for the miles........

    What say you ?????
