I've tried just about every company out there. Even my former employers I worked for years ago. If its not the Dac its the work references they check. So, going to smaller companies won't help I've tried. According to unemployment I have to apply to 2 companies a week. I've applying to 5 to 10 a week. Still no where a job. Now I see an attorney about this conpany and another one. I'm looking at filing several lawsuits for other things. And I have all the documention on everything. Its CYA.

look at it this way would you piss off the mob? probably not.i worked for these scumbags for a year.and if theres one thing ive learned, youre only as good as your last run.every one of these trucking companies are in the same fraternity.i delivered a load one morning after sleeping at reciever all night.

They sent me a load that picked up at 3 in the morning and i would have had to drive all night.now mind you i just slept all night and this one picked up at 3.i cant sleep but so much.i would have been up almost 24 hrs.i was told to take it or else.i told them ok but after im loaded im stopping at nearest scale and tell them ive been up all day now im being forced to drive all night.needless to say they took me off load, but from then on out they made my remaining time there a living hell.my point is these guys are a fraternit.

if i had been in your shoes i would have just stopped at scale house after they told you to deliver anyway.you would have been protected under the whistleblower protection act,and they would not have been able to retaliate in anyway.IE/dac.in this industry the longer youre in it you must get smarter or be trampled

I don't feel the need to explain to you what a "Super Trucker" is. Furthermore I was a "soldier" too, as was many of my family members, so I really am not too impressed about that. As for how many jobs I have had; I don't see what that has to do with anything other than the fact that I have never been fired from any job I have held in the past. If I don't like something about a company or feel I am being taken advantage of, I just quit and move on. I don't complain about it and stay working there; I find another job. I guess "real" freedom is having next to no bills and not being "owned" by any company. I can always quit and get another job anytime I want to. So I guess my question to you is "Why do you have a problem with that?" Maybe you have never had the "Freedom" I now enjoy on a daily basis. You might want to get to the place where I am; you will feel a lot better about yourself and what you are doing. Being a "Super Anything" carries a lot of baggage and unhappiness...:biggrin_25525:If you have been called a "Super Trucker" many times then maybe you need to do a little "Self-Examination?"Thanks and have a nice life....:yes2557:

People should just leave this company alone.

What, you can't bobtail out of the yard? I did, all the time. I spent more time doing restarts in terminals than in truckstops (cause I prefer to run like that), and never once did anybody say anything to me about using my tractor as a personal vehicle for getting something to eat, running to a laundromat, or running quick errands. Actually had one of the guards in Mechanicsburg reccommend a pretty good buffet a couple miles away from the yard.
