    Here is a copy of their present add running on craigslist in the Spokane WA area.. looks fishy and when you call it you get a voice mail mmmm it is 2 pm in spokane right now some one should answer

    Position Compensation and Benefits:
    Â $50,000 - $65,000 per year as driver trainer with 5 months -- 2 years' experience.
    Â $55,000 - $75,000 per year as driver trainer with 2 plus years' experience.

    Driver Qualifications include but are not limited to:

    Â Must be able to pass DOT long form physical and DOT drug screen
    Â Must have at least 5 months recent OTR experience
    Â Must have sharp skills and high confidence level operating tractor trailer
    Â No more than three moving violations in past 36 months
    Â No Felony convictions last fifteen years
    Â No drug convictions other last twelve years
    Â No Serious Misdemeanor Convictions last five years
    Â No license suspensions over 120 days last three years
    Â Decent work history demonstrating a good work ethic
    Â Must have good communication skills
    Â MUST be highly motivated and willing to work hard

    It is a common practice to work underpaid for 3-6 weeks after receiving a new CDL. This is your training period. The Driver who trains you will get paid extra for his services. It would be the same if you paid $500 or $5000 to go to school. Some companies will train you for "free". The way that works is you go to school through the company and they pay off your schooling over time. It is their way of accomplishing driver retention.
