Ok, I've been told NY, NJ, CT, KY, VA. The only idea of costs that I've been given is $40 for NJ. The only idea of requirements Ive been given are for pickup / delivery in NJ.

Someone could be my hero today.

I drive for Swift and these are the states I have liquor permits for:

TX, IN, KY, NH, NM, NY, OH, OK, SD. I have instructions to call our permits department prior to going into MD, NJ and WV.

MasterFug, rookietrucker and Lilbit Thank this.

So I guess MD, NJ, WV have per diem permits? Permits are only required if you're picking or delivering in these states right?

    Thank you!

Probably. Have to get the permit just before going into the state and have a certain amount of time to be there on that permit.

    MasterFug Thanks this.
