    Day one of orientation done. Basically filled out paperwork and insurance stuff. Found out I am the only one that is leaving out on wednesday. It is almost that time. I didnt need health coverage because I already have it so instead I get more money per mile. I did take the free life insurance and I signed up for short term disability. I am not sure about the 401k because I know better ways to invest. The only reason I ever take it is for company match but Millis is different than most matches I have seen so that is what I am debating. I will let you know what way I end up going tomorrow

    Keep your head and and remember your goal to get your own truck. Training isnt fun. You will be tired and sometimes want to kill your trainer just bite your tongue and take it one day at a time.....................GOOD LUCK

    Thanks man. I have a very high threshold for tolerance so I think it will be more like he wants to kill me. But we will go with the flow. I am not worried.

    Congrats Samurai, Hope the trainer goes well I've got 2 more weeks here in Cartersville and it's orientation for me then off with my trainer!! I hope all goes well, Keep us posted.

    Had a good day today. Watched a video and got our accident camera and packets. Also got my 5 shirts and a hat. I picked all polo shirts one of each color. And I picked the charcoal grey hat. Also set up my 401k although I did mine different from everyone elses because I picked my own percentages of stocks and bonds. So it was a good day. Only one left and its out with my trainer I go

    Good Luck Samurai, I hope to see you out there, I passed my cdl permit test, got my physical and faxed them to Millis, I am all ready for the start of class on Monday the 14th. I'll be looking for ya on here and look forward to hearing about your experience.
