    and then you sit in baytown for 3 to 4 day for a load they give you only miles that will pay for the truck they dont give a #### about the driver he said driver are a dime a dozen to me

    i was there when you where there and your full of #### and its the hemlock and you know me so i will call you out on what you said

    out of 32 trucks there only 2 drivers left

    So for the O/O, Lease and employee debate.
    This is only my opinion and for my situation...
    1) Never do the lease to own unless you are the kind of person that can stick it out with one company for 4++ years.
    2) Lease Ops & Employees are the same thing in reality. Only difference is the risk/reward scenario.
    3) O/O is still the best option providing you know trucks, trucking, accounting, sales, management, and everything else there is to know about everything.
    4) Some people are O/O for the freedom to make choices, and not always the money. On some loads I make the same if not less than if I was an employee, but it gets me where I want to be or gets me home when I want to be there. Something a driver can not do.

    What it comes down to is it is all personal choice and what you are comfortable with.
