.39 but they only hire experienced drivers I believe

 

That's right , 3 years OTR minimum and a pretty much spotless record to get considered.

 

Wow @ .39 cpm for a driver with 3 years under his/ her belt.

 

But you get to drive a new shiny truck!

 

Nothing bad about a company investing in top notch equipment and amenities. 2016 T680s that run 70mph, paper logs, and a bunch of new reefers. Plus they come with a fridge, TriPac APUs and inverters.

Personally I would take a little less money to have an APU, Fridge and inverter to make my life on the road a little easier.

Different strokes, it's a trade off. For some it's not worth it, for others it is.

 

Normally I would turn up my nose @ .39 but considering you drive some of the best looking equipment on the road and get good miles to boot I would take it. I also like that they require a minimum of 3 years experience, helps weed out some of the knuckle heads.
