I'm glad my assumption was right, I live over near Buffalo and spend a lot of time over that way. I know we have a lot of regular customers in that area.

That's good to hear! Welcome aboard. If I'm by the yard that week I'll be sure to pop in and introduce myself.

Sounds like a good company, just put in my application. Can anyone tell me what freight lanes they run? and what is the average length of haul?

If I had to guesstimate I'd put the average length of haul in the 750-800 mile range.

Freight lanes are primarily GA to Chicagoland and GA to PA. Hazleton and Allentown mostly. Though I have seen freight from GA to Calgary and Florida to Washington and Oregon.

Dang...they would work out great for me, if...they would allow weekly home time. I live 12 miles from Hazleton and 30 from Allentown.

Yeah the 3 weeks minimum turns a lot of people off. Ido know Julie in recruiting has waived the 3 weeks minimum down to 2 weeks if the driver lives in a desirable place for freight. Don't know if that helps any.

Tribe are one of the best looking companies out there, but I don't understand why they only pay .39 cpm for experienced drivers.

It's no better than average, but you get guaranteed raises the first 4 years, top out at .45 cpm currently. Any load less than 400 miles loaded and empty is paid a straight $200, and benefits premiums are lowered every year until a person with single coverage pays nothing for medical after 5 years. I'm not saying it's perfect, but I personally think they're better than most.
