They've got nice equipment. I like that she puts "Native American Woman Owned Company." It's necessary since you don't see women who own big companies. I have daughters the owner is a good example of what women can do in this society now. One day, it'll be "just the way it is" and there won't be a first time ever, this creating "racial/gender boasting."

Well....is that 41 cpm traveling 48 states? Then that could mean a nice check. 41 cpm traveling a portion of the country can get inconsistent. I hear some of those other companies that lay more cpm cut off miles after so many in a week

Who owns the company is really irrelevant. There are "reasons" as to why many others
Don't use companies just like the WAGE GAP is a MYTH!

It would be great if someone added up the driver pay Tribe and sorted by gender - the females would almost certainly make less - and then sued them for oppressing women.

I could not agree with you more. It comes off as gimmicky, and quite frankly, a bit tacky.

No it's not necessary and if such a slogan where to be used by me it would be called offensive.

Well bro, when it becomes the norm to see women owning a company, maybe she won't have to put it on there. Its not even a slogan. Its a statement. Its the norm to have a white man owning a fairly large truck company, so far that reason yes it would be offensive. People would be reminded of the fact that it's rich white man's world. The likelihood if white man owning a truck company is much than it would be for a woman, much less one of color. Sorry man, the changes in our society must be noted until it becomes normal.

Its irrelevant to YOU. Quite frankly, its irrelevant to me as well, but it's not irrelevant to society, and the movement and progress women have made over time.
