We had a guy that was leased to CF from NJ,he had a double bunk CO Marmon with a 12v71,twin 5" straight pipes. You could literally hear that truck coming 5 miles away, unique.

It's like using a credit card to slide open an old household door lock. The other trick is don't lock the seal, just insert the free end almost to the locking position. Cable seaos are more secure & replacing the metal basnd seals.

Removing those little tin seals is easy if you have a piece of an old seal on hand to slide down inside to hold latch open while to pull tab out.

Bingo. We have our answer when it is a flat tin seal. If you have a bolt seal or cable seal, well, good luck trying to reuse them.

I loaded a military truck on my lowboy at a location In southern Md. one time, and when the girl gave me the bol,she had a bolt seal in her hand. I tried to explain,I didn't need that,it was an open trailer. She said I had to have it,and she went over and clicked it onto one of links on a tiedown chain. I left it there for years, people would always ask about it. True story.

Met a guy in the tv lounge at the Petro that was a former Navy SEAL and he was trying to impress everyone by balancing a ball on his nose.

Read my post, I think on page 2, it’s easy to remove a bolt seal as well, you just have to know how and be ready for it before they put it on.
