Trinity are contracted with Prime and have a guaranteed minimum pay of 2186$ per week. The recruiter said as long as you work a full work week (mon-sun) you qualify for the minimum pay. Their average load length isn't that long about 600miles but they have 2k mile runs. I'm coming from Holland Enterprises which averaged 1500 miles a load(3k+miles a week) but 53cpm and about 1500$ a week take-home. Trinity has 2023 579 Peterbilts, and Holland has cascadias. My gf will be living with me in the truck.

Holland wants me back but this company is right down the street from me and which saves on travel headache. Any thoughts are welcome. I'm based out of Fresno CA and want true OTR.

I don't see any benefits.....at least Holland has some customer freight. Does Trinity have direct customers or do they only haul broker loads? How come you left Holland to begin with?
